Hotel accommodation has been pre-booked by Hotel Partner at favourable rates for conference participants in various 3-4 star hotels. These hotel rooms can be booked online via the conference web site. Please reserve a room no later than 3 June 2009.
The room bookings will be released for general sale after this date. Please remember that the cost of hotel accommodation is not included in the conference fee and will be handled by the relevant organisation.

If you require other (lower price) hotel accommodation, we kindly request you to contact one of the listed hotels below that offer rooms in the middle to lower price range. Centrally located hotel very close to the conference venue (walking distance), with well-equipped kitchen facility. Choice of beds in large dormitory sleeping rooms.
